Ramon is not the manager anymore???? He is a great assest to this establishment, I have a large family that enjoys going to Rachito's for Drinks and Dinner about every other week, looks like we will be going to Melaque instead....
- Pros: waitstaff
- Cons: Ramon not being the manager
changed Manager=Atmosphere Horrible

They changed managers and the atmosphere and service changed! I was a regular but I will not return unless they get Ramon back as their manager! Now food cold, service slow, and staff is to busy trying to run away from the intimidating and egocentric OWNER ! Atmosphere is full of stress and it looks like the employees are scared. Owner walks around like he is more important than the President !
This WAS ! the most amazing Mexican Restaurant I have ever been to. They had a manager Ramon who was amazing with the staff and the customers :) The food was always brought hot and staff was kind and were functioning as a real TEAM ! Now I am forced to go to the restaurant across the street ! I will Not be back until things change back to RAMON managing in his Magical way. People are born to be Managers and Supervisors and Ramon was definitely born to run a restaurant.
So if any restaurants are lacking in a manager look up Ramon up at Ranchito's . You will notice him... He is the only professional one there waiting on tables with a smile :) He would definitely be an asset to any establishment. But please let all the people in Milton know... so we can start going there to EAT!
Ranchitos definitely wet from a 5 star Restaurant to 1 Star with changing of Managers !!!
We love this place

We stumbled upon this restaurant and have quickly become regulars. The food is great, service is fast and friendly, prices are about what you'd expect. I think I saw that another one was opening up in Federal Way on highway 99. I can't wait to try that location.
