Outstanding customer service. It is such a plesure to have a quality jewelry store in Skagit County. Shirley is so caring and knowledgable and the master of fixing and making new jewelry Mr. Baldwin is ... amazing!

If you have not been there yet, take the time to go in. It is well worth the stop!!

Jessica and the girls are awesome. My fiance and i purchased our engagement rings here. We couldnt be happier with the quality of the rings and the exceptional service they provided us. You Can Trust Warren Jewelers. When I first went to Warren it was to have a simple watch battery switched. These folks are so nice - friendly. Being a woman, while I waited I looked over the gorgeous selection of custom designed jewelry. I was immediately drawn to the beautiful, artistic designs. Truly unique. I never had wanted a diamond before going to Warren - but their settings and quality were so above anything I had seen. Shirley is so knowlegeable! We chatted and over time going in there she got a good feel for my "style". When it came time for a special occasion my husband went to her (i had talked about her often) and she put him at ease. She showed him items I liked, suggested diamond styles and with her help he put together the most beautiful ring! My husband was also happy with the experience and lets just say he is a mans man so jewelry shopping isn't on his top things to do. But Shirley really helped him and I have a unique and gorgeous ring that I always receive compliments on. I am happy to anyone who comments on it- go see Shirley at Warren Jewelers in Burlington, she will take good care of you. I have continued to go there for everything from cleaning this beautiful ring to checking out the amazing sales they have. Mark & Sue have a great jewelry store and with Shirley you will have a great experience!

Warren Jeweler's best employee!!!. My husband and I have lived in this area most of our lives. I so appreciate the service we have gotten at this establishment. He, my husband, not knowing the ups and downs of jewelry was made to feel comfortable and after he purchased his first item, he also felt knowledgeable about the product he was investing in. He told me how nice the salesperson was and he was so happy to give me such a beautiful ring. We have continued to shop here. But the reason I am writing this is to let people know about Shirley Newland, the sales person we have worked with. She has always been courteous and knowledgeable in her job. Her honesty and integrity have brought us back many times. Thank you Shirley, you are remarkable and you do a tremendous job for your employer.

Helpful. I went into warrens to get a bracelet for my wife,shirly was very helpful and very kind,my wife is very hard on jewelry and she helped pick the right one .The wife loves it.

Workmanship and customer service. I had a ring that needed repairs. The points had started to wear down and I was afraid I would lose a stone. I was also worried that it would cost alot and might come out looking bad.

I didn't need to worry. Jessica helped me. She got me an inspection and a quote. The cost was reasonable. She was very reassuring. When I picked up my ring it looked better than it had for a long time. My stones are secured.

I have recommended Warren's Jewelers to friends.

want help from great staff?. Talk about about great service. I personaly have never had better help in finding what suited me and my needs when it came to buying that special gift for the love of my life. Not only were they understanding in all aspects of my needs they were the most friendly staff i have ever delt with. Thank you especialy miss Jessica VanDine you were right she toataly loved it! i'll be back very soon to add the additional piece. you were awsome!!!!

Good service. I have bought a beautiful bracelet and ring from Warrens,Shirly Newland was very helpful and very friendly and she lets me know when sales are on.when Ive needed something fixed it has done in timely manor.

Rip Off -UPDATED. I lost a 1/4c. diamond from my engagement ring. I usually use a jeweler in Bellingham, but though that I would at least get a quote from Warren to compare. The quote was almost three times more for the diamond and labor was $200. Labor at my great, small, personal, reliable shop in Bellingham was only $20.

Warren sent me a letter justifing the high estimate, a bunch of coupons and a request to change my review. Strangely, the letter is dated 2/4/11, the same day that all these very positive reviews started...interesting. Here's my letter back to them that I’ll be sending them in the mail.

Dear Mr. Osborn,

Thank you for your letter in response to my review on City Search. I was just so shocked at your estimate in comparison to the others that I received and I felt that consumers should know. If you are a stand-up company, I’m sure others will post reviews that will counter my experience.

I appreciate your explanation of why your estimate for labor was so high comparatively, but I fully understood what work was being proposed. This was the same work that the other jeweler completed for significantly less. In fact, when I told them how much you were charging, they were astounded. I fully understand that diamonds vary in price and quality and that you matched one with the rest of the ring. I expressed surprise at the cost of the replacement small diamond in relation to the original cost of the ring when we purchased it 7 years ago at another store. Your sales associate said that it was a massed produced ring and the original price was low. I told her that her price still felt high considering that there are three diamonds in the ring and the lost one wasn’t even the largest and that I was going to get other estimates. While I could afford it, it just didn’t feel right. She wrote down the estimate after I asked and we pleasantly said our goodbyes.

I’ve since had my ring repaired with all of the same work that you proposed with a replacement diamond that I’m very happy with for substantially less. The completed ring looks amazing and well balanced. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and the overall customer service at the other jeweler. We’ve had pieces made there in the past and they’ve all held up very well. I only wish we had gotten this engagement ring from them. I appreciate the coupon for an unspecified amount of savings to your store, the 6 coupons for ½ price watch batteries and the buy-one-get-one free dinner entree at the local steak house that you sent me with the letter explaining your estimate and request for me to amend my review on City Search, but I stand by my original sentiments. I will be returning your coupons with a paper copy of this letter.
