I have been amazed at the level of service and quality of product. I store my business inventory at Menifee Ranch. This place accepts shipments for me and is more than happy to accomidate me should I need with any special requests. I can also make copies and fax if I need to. I can't say enough.

This facility offers friendly reliable services. The staff is very informative, looking to find the best options to suit your individual needs. On top of storage rentals they also provide Money Gram, Internet, and Mailing services.

NO ALARMS

We stored with them for almost a year, yes the rates are not bad although it comes at a price. We had item stolen from our storage, when we reported it to the receptionist she was not friendly and had no interest in calling the police or trying to help us out. We asked her to call the police so we could fill a report on the stolen items, she reply "you call them, this is not my problem". Then she continues to argue with us, like it was our fault, the women calls my wife a F*cken B*itch and tries to fight her. Can you say "ghetto"? Our property was stolen due to the fact that they do not have an alarm system for "every storage unit" like they advertise, I strongly suggest if you choose to store with this company make sure you go check every week on your property. The Police officer could not believe the lack of interest and disrespect that we received from this place.

What a positive experience

Wow...what a storage experience. The security is of great importance to the employees. They ensure that the highest of security measures are in place. some times it can be a bit cumbersome but I know it is for my safety and security. The place is nice and clean. I also have a Post Office box there. I like going there because I can pay my storage, check my mail box and use the Money Gram to pay my bills and graba soda from the vending machine. One stop and the jobs are done. The employees are very nice. There are two ladies there now and they are very nice and they never mind answering my questions.
