Old appliances out and new ones in.On our way to the big home improvement store in our hometown, I said to my husband "Let's check out Queen City first" and that

was the best thing we could have done! We met our

fantastic salesman, Russell Bomar on that visit to Queen City. My what a caring,professional,well informed, great young man! Russell has helped us

greatly and given great prices on the 8 appliances we bought from Queen City and the 60" Samsung t.v. and stand that my husband had been wanting for quite a while.Marina has been great also. I can't say anything adverse regarding my experience with Queen City in Mooresville. Additionally, our delivery guys Ron and Pedro were simply fantastic. I can't say enough good things about the two! They are two great guys who aim to please!!!

All staff and delivery personnel with whom I dealt had a number one priority of customer satisfaction.

I am a very satisfied customer due to the efforts made by Russell, Ron, Pedro and Marina. I'll sing
