WORST TECHNICIANS!

I work 40 hour weeks and I do not have much time for myself. I scheduled to get cable set up in THREE WEEKS. I told Bresnan I was renting my home, little did I know I had to get a form signed by my landlord. On one of my two days off, my Bresnan technician arrives and asks for my form...I didn't have one, therefore I couldn't get cable. I got a form later that day and had it signed and rescheduled my appointment for a few days later, in the morning, before I had to go to work. They said a technician should arrive between 10am-12pm. I had to be at work by 1:30. I waited all morning, then finally I received a phone call at 12:45pm from the techinician saying he was running late..I told him to be at my house before 1:30..he sarcastically said, "Okay". I called Bresnan and told them, so I got $20 off. Finally, at 1:15 pm I get into my car to go to work and...the Bresnan technician pulls up. I was furious! He was acting like nothing was wrong and I told him I need to be at work in 15 mins and I waited all morning. I told him I will leave the money and he can do whatever he needs to do and he said he can't do that, so I had to reschedule AGAIN. I have yet to receive cable and this is my third time trying. What shi*ty technician service! If you give someone a TWO HOUR time frame, then be on time! People do not revolve around your life, that's why we make appointments at times that are adequate for us!
