Good food, small hole in the wall
Not so bad

As a pacific northwesterner, specifically seattlite, i have grown used to the lack of international cuisine in this region of chain restaurants. However, Thai Orchid does attempt to bring the popular thai dishes to the area. The ambience, well there is none, but it was friendly and family run, so service was good and no need went un-noticed. The entress are prepared to the palates of americans, with little to no spice. Their Spring rolls were tasty, as well as their Tom Kah tofu. However the Phad Thai left a lot to be desired. Overall - GO if you are craving Thai, but don't expect it to be like anything you've had on the West coast.
- Pros: Friendly, Family run, Inexpensive
- Cons: Lacks ambience, So-So food
Not Authentic

Have lived in NY for over 15 yeras and eaten Thai foods for years and was very very disappointed that it was NOT an authentic Thai at all. I'll just have to wait to have an authentic Thai meal in NY. Really really disappointing. My best friend who is Thai would agree.
