Not Just Another Italian Place.
Too often, folks only speak out on restaurants when things go bad, service is not great, or they don't like whatever it was they ordered. That is not at all why it is I write this.
There are few chains out there that make a guest feel like they are not actually at a chain of any sort, and your staff did a fantastic job. From the hostess, Kayla, who greeted me with a smile and seated me in a quiet spot to unwind for dinner, to Rebecca, my server who was fantastic with the menu, recommendations and passing conversation, to D'Wayne Henshaw, the General Manager who purposefully introduced himself after learning that it was my first visit, this visit certainly will not be my last.
Thank you to your Louisville staff and organization for providing this atmosphere, great food and great attitude.
The food was excellent, the service was top notch, and my only regret is that I had not visited sooner.
House Salad is tasty, had it with the Grilled Portabello Mista and chased it with the White Chocolate and Raspberry "Budino" Pudding
Not impressed. The ambience is great and the service was good, but the food was not. I always order salad, and ordered steak salad. Lettuce was old and steak was tought. Pasta dish was ok. I was expecting more. O'Charley's makes much better salads for half the price.
An updated reveiw on this "bright yellow building".
My name is Brian Flowers. I am the current Executive Chef of BRAVO! Cucina Italiana in Louisville KY. I wanted to take a moment and first apologize to any and all poor and less than adequate service/food/experience to any and all who have had in the past at BRAVO!. Over the past two years, we as a company strive to be the best Italian around. This includes time from when you pull into the parking lot, to the drive home after. As a company, we have made huge strides into impressing our guests with top notch quality, and above and beyond great service.
Unfortunately, there has been a time in our duration in Louisville where things slipped. But we can assure you that this has been corrected and replaced with lifetime experiences and lifetime guests!! Let me take this time to extend my personal invitation to you and join us for lunch or dinner, and even brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, and let us begin a lifetime friendship with you and our food and service. Our business hours are 11am to 10pm Monday thru Thursday, 11am to 11pm on Friday and Saturday, and 10am to 9pm on Sundays.
Sincerely,
Executive Chef
Brian Flowers

Good, If You Have Time To Waste.. I decided to bring my mother to lunch on Saturday. The service was extremely bad & slow. It took over 45 minutes after we order to get 2 salads. The couple next to us told us that they order before us and received their salads after us. For a Saturday Lunch, it is not worth it. I can't imagine how long it would take if we came in the evening.
