TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Terrible service. We were charged for an additional weekend because we were less than an hour late returning the car in the middle of a snowstorm. The staff and manager were rude and I would recommend that NO ONE RENT FROM ENTERPRISE IN WEST CALDWELL, NJ.
