One Time EXCELLENT... The Next Time POOR....
In a word, inconsistant. My wife and I frequent this BW3's location and find it to be very good... sometimes. Our most recent trip was at 1pm on a Saturday. The place was VERY empty with service personnel standing around everywhere. After sitting down, we were finally greated with a server about 10 mins later (I had to ask for our waiter). Service was INCREDIBLY slow. The food was cold and had been cooked a while.
Other trips have been perfect. Rated: Inconsistant.
