HORRIBLE!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I strongly urge you to find another endodontist. This man has caused me months of emotional distress over a simple 10 minute visit. His staff made a mistake on billing my insurance. Even though I told them insurance should pay, they sent my account to an overly aggressive collection agency. I spent hours on the phone with them and the insurance company to get their mistake straightened out. Even though I pointed it out to his office with numerous calls and emails that his staff had made the error, they still did not call off the attack dog collection agency. After hours of my time spent on getting them to correct their error, Dr. Wright's staff finally billed the insurance correctly. Once the insurance company advised me that they had received a corrected claim, I sent an email to his staff updating them on the status. I asked them to let me know when the insurance pays and I will pay whatever amount is still due. My next communication from this company was a POLICE OFFICER showing up at my PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT to serve a subpoena on me for a court date over this account. No phone call, email, or letter. An man with a gun showing up in front of all of my co-workers serving papers over a mistake that his staff had made. Not only did his staff make the original mistake, they refused to back off once I had made them aware of it. Also, I not only told them there was a mistake, I told them what the specific mistake was and how to correct it. Even with all of that, they send a cop to my work over a 10 minute visit. I strongly urge you to never visit this man.

Best dental experience i've ever had. I have seen Dr Wright for several root canals. I have sent two of my coworkers to him. We have all had similar experiences. He and his office go out of their way to be comforting and compassionate. Dr Wright even calls me at home each night to check on me. I read a previous post and couldn't have had a more opposite experience. I refer everyone I can to Dr. Wright. His office makes me feel like i am the only person who is there at the time. Go see him and you'll never regret it.

Horrible experience!!!. I would not recommend this person to my worst enemy. Not a kind or gentle person. Horrible experience!!!! The experience caused me emotional and physical pain!
