DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very bad experience with this company. Ruined brand new hardwood floor during installation and refused reimbursement stating I should have been supervising them. I am also talking to a lawyer to pursue legal action.

Never, never buy anything again from Granit & Marble Co-Tn. I had extremely terrible experience with this company recently, and now I am asking my lawyer filing a law suit to get back my money, which was overcharged by the Korean family owned company.

Terrible Office Experience Ordering. Called to talk about the ad seen in the builders publication and firstly could not understand the person who answered the phone. They could not speak English then went to businnes and could not be given a direct answer for a quote. Misleading ad and bad office representation. Could not get straight answers.

Great Product - Great Price. I had countertops installed May 2009 by Granite and Marble Co and I am extremely pleased with the results. They were running a promotion on three colors at $25.00 a square foot. At this price, why would you get laminate?. In addition, I placed my deposit on a Friday and the countertops were installed the following Tuesday.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!. I had the good fortune to call on Granite & Marble Co. after speaking with an associate at Home Depot. Granite & Marble Co is the installer for Home Depot - by purchasing directly from them I saved over $1,100. We visited their warehouse and saw several hundred different colors and patterns of granite available immediately for our use. They have a very friendly staff including their template specialist - Bruce and Eric who manages the projects in the office. We had our granite installed in 3 days! The granite looks fantastic and my wife and I could not be more thrilled! Thank you guys!
