Another Great Experience. Thanks for all the help and service with making my daughters Sophmore Hop a wonderful experience. She had a great night. This is our second experience at TS Adams in less than a year and they are very helpful and dependable.

Great Experiences!. I had a great experience at T S Adams. I originally shopped here when I was a junior in high school and bought my junior prom dress. The owner suggested the dress, I tried it on, and bought it the same day. Now, 5 years later, I bought my wedding dress at the same spot. I saw the dress on line, fell in love, and came here to try it on. The staff was so helpful and made the experience special.

BEST BRIDAL SHOP!. The lady here looked at me and gave me 2 recommended dresses to try on. They were both beautiful! I bought the 2nd dress (the 4th dress I tried on overall that day). Wonderful experience! Personalized attention.

Great Experience. I had a great exoerience buying my gown here for my wedding renewal. The owner was so nice and pleasent. Personal attention was given! Even had my dress delivered to my front door! I would definately reccomend to others!

Bad Experience. The sales people are very pleasant and helpful, however my experience with the owner gives me the impression that she is unprofessional. When my daughter's prom dress was accidentially ruined during alterations she called my 16 year old daughter to tell her what happened and to let her know that she would have to pay for the replacement dress, which they had already bought and altered without letting us know. With only four days left until prom, I was forced to pay for both dresses. But the real icing on the cake was the fact that even though she knew exactly when I was going to pick up both dresses, she wasn't there. I think the shop is more of a hobby than a business. Of the four times I was there, the owner was only there once. The other three times only one person was there to try and help various brides and prom dress shoppers.
