THIS STORE POPPED MY AIR BAGS AND THEY TRIED TO HIDE IT AND THOUGHT I WOULDNT NOTICE! I SAW THAT RIGHT WHEN I LEFT MY CAR!! SO EVERYONE NEVER GO TO AUDIO KING CUZ ALL YOU WILL GET IS PROBLEMS AND IM SO PIST CUZ ITS COSTING ME 2500 JUST TO FIX IT!! AND MY TINT HAD DIRT EVERYWHERE!! SO PPL DONT COME TO THIS STORE BECAUSE THEY ALL KNOW IS TO MISS UP CARS!!

I think Audio King has great service. I had a 10:30 appt and was out of there by 11:20 to have two windows tinted. I have previously had 3 other cars tinted there and have been very pleased by the work. It has been quick service, the tint is excellent no peeling etc and the customer service has been great. The value and quality of product I have received from there is fantastic. I would recommend Audio King for window tinting as I have had them work on many of my cars since 2003 and will continue to use their service.

I didnt even want to give them a one star rating....I went in on a Monday to make an appointment for the following Saturday, Saturday came around dropped off my car at 10:30 to get windows tinted and an alarm...they said it would take two hours, OK went back three hours later just in case they might b running behind....got there my cars still alarmless and no tint on window sitting in the parking spot I parked in unlocked.....mean while they worked on a guys truck tht had no appointment ..... what the hell is tht never again will I go to audio king for anything I rather pay more and get my car back on time...

Brought my 4D 2010 Civic VP to BHH for after market remote door locks and trunk release. Bob Hall would not tell me where they were going to send my car, but that work would be done by a local shop.
When Bob Hall returned my car, parts and screws were left on my back seat, key entry from the outside was extremely stiff and the lock release levers were so stiff that my 5 and 11yo couldn't manually unlock the doors from inside the car. There was a button installed under the dash with no explanation. The instructions were for several different models of alarm systems, none of which applied to my installation.
I used the remote locks for 7 months, then the trunk actuator stopped working. 2 months later the front passenger door stopped opening.
Now I cannot open my front passenger door from inside or outside the car!
I brought my car back to Bob Hall and they charged me $48 to tell me the installation was not done correctly and that they no longer use Audio King because of similar problems. Bob Hall offered me nothing but the bill and the phone number for Audio King at Nob Hill.
I drive 50mi to go to Bob Hall because I've always thought dealers were the best place to go for service. But Bob Hall has proven me wrong four times now.
And Audio King? Why should I bring my car back to them when they don't measure up to Bob Hall Honda's low service standards and did a poor job the first time?
I paid $550 for the installation, $48 for the explanation and can't afford any more costly mistakes.

I wouldnt even give them one star, my tinting job had bubbels in it and my alarm goes off right after I lock it, i've taken it in to them to fix five times and they havnt been able to fix it, wont take it out and give me my money back, or give me a new one to take somewhere else! Very sketchy place
- Pros: Cant think of any
- Cons: Complete waste of money
