I have been looking for a good Thai place around Tacoma for the last several years, since I moved here from Poulsbo. I grew up going to Sawadty Thai Cuisine and Sawann Thai Cuisine on Bainbridge Island, which still can't be beat... but I could never find anything that compared. UNTIL NOW! Chili Thai has fabulous food, good service, and reasonable prices. In fact, my husband is on his way there now to pick up take-out for dinner. :) I HIGHLY recommend this place if you like authentic Thai food.
Pros: everything!
Cons: the parking lot can be tricky

I used to live down the street from this place, and happened upon it one night while searching for some dinner... and have been going back ever since! My fiance and I are always AMAZED at how friendly the staff is, how fast the service is, and of course, the AWESOME food at killer prices! There's never a wait (which is why I am kinda hesitant to write this, kind of want to keep it a secret...) I have probably eaten at least half of the stuff on the menu, and it never disappoints. We recommend the fresh rolls with peanut sauce, Pad Thai, Seafood Delight and the sweet black rice for dessert.... but you really can't go wrong with anything.
Pros: Everything about the place.
Cons: None to speak of.
