Dr. Mary Kay Brewster's office staff is unprofessional and indifferent to patients (Monterey, CA)

Dr. Brewster is a good physician. But I think she is too flexible with her staff. The personnel in her office are very impatient and inefficient.
Her new receptionst (Marianne?) is especially careless and unprofessional. Every time I am in the office, I can hear her talking on the phone nonstop about her personal business instead of greeting and attending to patients.
In addition, the RNs never return your phone calls on time and messages don't get to the doctor promptly.

Allows staff to be rude to patients

Dr. Brewster is nice enough, but she allows her staff to bully the patient. When I complained to her that the nurse was rude to my, she took the nurses side.
