horrible, not recommended. I've used a number of loan places, and this one by far the worst. Not only did they treat me like a peasant (I have a 756 credit score, so no problems there) they didn't follow up at all with me. They pestered me about my payment BEFORE MY DUE DATE. I closed the account as quickly as possible.
