"Quality Services"?. Absolutely! I worked with this company for two years and enjoyed every aspect.

Leeda Northeast, Inc. is adamant about the training provided to their Direct Care Staff (DCS) PRIOR to allowing any employee with any individual. Respectively, Leeda Northeast also ensures the individual is comfortable with the DCS assigned to work in the individual's residence BEFORE officially assigning the two together. The training given to the DCS is usually completed in three to four comprehensive days: Company Orientation (two days), Cardiopulmonary Resucitation (CPR) and First Aid (FA) training to become a Red Cross Lay Responder (1 day), and Medication Administration taught by an RN(1day). Additionally, the new DCS job-shadows experienced DCS to better understand job responsibilities for each individual as responsibilities differ from individual to individual. ***This information is correct as of the time I worked with them from 2006-2008, though they could have made changes to the training process since then.***
