HORRIBLE PLACE!

I went to have a system and an alarmed installed. They lied and said I needed stuff that I never needed. The alarm system they put in kept having problems. I had to take it back 3 times to get it fixed. They said I needed some special speakers and tried to charge me $600 for them. LIARS. I went across the street to California Sound and they upgraded my system for way way less and I got the sound I wanted. To this day I have problems with my alarm system. THEY'RE HORRIBLE.

- Cons: HORRIBLE WORK, LIARS, MISLEADING.

Go with an open mind

I was amazed at the bad reviews that this place got. My friend and I went to prive a new stereo so that he could connect his iPod well , he ended up with a 7' inch LCD touch screen, CD, bluetooth capeable, backup camera ready, and it does many other things..( Now let me say I am a girl and having the bass is not a priority for me) He also got a amplifer and two speacker in the box put in. the cost less than expected. The trick to not getting taken go with someone that can talk you out of it. Me tring to convince him that he did not really need all that he was getting drove the price down. So go in with an open mind but be ready to walk if you dont hear a price you can live with.

Ok,first of all this place is expensive as hell...They rip off anyone at anytime..I went in and asked them a few questions..for example..I bought a 34 inch decal for my windshield and I asked how much to put it on..it's like a 5 dollar job at most...he started off his answer by saying the sticker was cheap and wasn't from him,that it'll be difficult to take off the wrapping and finally said 25 dollars...I had 3 Gauge Pod gauges that needed light,just light and he said 80 dollars to put light,they always follow up the price with how hard it is to put on and how other things have to be messed with blah,blah,blah...So basically..I think the work is ok,not great,the workers make a mess of your car with their trash,i.e. casing,wire,wrapper trash and don't bother to throw it away...They charge over a grand for any small dvd player tv set..something that costs maybe 500 at most everywhere else...The main guy that works there is not very friendly and does not provide any good service at all...it's like he's only there to take your money rather than make for a pleasant experience..Go somewhere else and leave this as last resort.

- Cons: Very Expensive,Bad Customer Service
