In Short – Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. I've always had a good experience at Outback. The food is really good, the service is wonderful. I really like the environment: it's fun and cozy. When you first sit down, they bring you out some warm bread and butter (really good!) The appetizers are yummy and I really like their soup as well.
