Terrible, Horrible, Insulting Experience!. Been there to have jewelry tested 3-4 times NO CHARGE. Went last week and AFTER she tested it I was told it was $5.00!!!! Apparently they are in DESPERATE need of $ as that was a ridiculous con job! No mention of a charge before testing, just took the piece and said, "Sure, I'll test it".....demanded $5.00 AFTER testing! And the ladies laughed! Thought it was funny. Told me I should be grateful they even tested it. Horrible Customer Service...PERIOD
