This is a wonderful restaurant for seafood as well as steak. They serve warm mini loaves of bread with the meal. We live in the area and usually try to get there for the early bird specials which are Sunday - Friday, 4 - 6 pm. and range between $8 - $11. Service has always been very good, too. Casual...

The Chesapeake Seafood House is a great place to eat. I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. It is always a pleasure to dine here as a casual night out or on a special occasion. The tables are always set up for fine dinning. The food is excellant and reasonably priced. I always find the service to be friendly and above average....

This is the 4th time I've eaten at the Chesapeake Seafood House while in Springfield for a reading conference, and my co-workers and I have never been disappointed. The Chesapeake has the best lunch buffet, hands down. Very reasonably priced, choice of food for all tastes. There are several kinds of fish available, as well as shrimp, but don't let "SeafoodHouse" scare you off, there's plenty of "normal" food to eat.

We were surprised to find a restaurant with such great seafood so far from the sea. My husband and I both had the filet and shrimp special. The 6 oz. filet was the melt-in-your-mouth variety. The meal included 4 large crab-stuffed shrimp and 2 deep-fried shrimp. All was very tasty! The meal begins with a crisp salad with many types...

The restaraunt was suggested by the hotel staff as a local favorite that had better quality food and half the price of Red Lobster. We came without reservations late on a sunday. It was like going to a northern Wisconsin supper club. Many locals go and are known by first name. The food was very good. The service was exemplary. We would go again on our next visit.
