New Doctor in house. When I first came to Sher last year, the "unorganized" review was true! Shortly after I started, a new doctor arrived, Dr. Horowitz, and everything has changed for the better! Very professional and very knowledgable in his IVF treatments. The nurse that helps me with my meds., etc. is so nice and ALWAYS gets back to me asap when I have a question. A great change has taken place and I would definitely recommend Sher to anyone who needs fertility help.

UNORGANIZED. I felt from the first visit that this place was very unorganized. I told them no less than four times to make my cell phone my primary number and I don't think they ever got it. As a result of the phone mix up, I had to start my infertility treatment a day late because the pharmacy could not get ahold of me. I thought that the written directions for giving myself the myriad of shots was not very clear and the demonstration was way too quick. The written directions included instructions for medicine I was taking and instructions for medicines I wasn't taking. Some of the names are a little different than what you get shipped to you from the pharmacy and it was a bit confusing. Also, I think they should have you come in with all of your medicine before your treatments began as you get this large box from the pharmacy containing tons of medicine, syringes and needles you aren't sure how to organize. I think this lack of instruction is an accident waiting to happen. I was also disappointed during my little amount of injection instruction that the nurse and I were interrupted two times. Once was by another nurse that was very rude and said she needed the office. I think for something as important as a nurse going over how you inject yourself with four or five different medicines over a month is very important and you shouldn't be interrupted unless it is important and especially not by a rude nurse kicking you out of the room. I explained to Sher that in a week I would be out of one of the medicines and I was told Sher would order it for me. Well, a week later after I came back from vacation, I had no medicine. I had to make a special trip to get more. I was told by Sher afterwards that I have to order the refills. I have no idea why they didn't tell me that. I was out time and money driving to get more medicine when it should've been at home waiting for me when I returned from vacation. This place was a mess!
