Need an APRAISAL?? DO NOT COME HERE!. This person devalued my home by 26K in 2 years!! He also used crappy active listings which the bank, who hired him says he could not do! Then he called my master bathroom a Walk in closet?? Ummm.. No clothes to be found and pretty sure a closet does not include a jacuzzi tub, toilet, and sink! How dumb can this guy be? He also lost another bathroom and bedroom in the evaluation! BEWARE!! If you want to devalue your home, then he is the one for you!
