Major rehaul needed. I have preferred the King for burgers for well over 20 years and have always gone out of my way to find one when I am traveling or in town just doing errands. This location frankly should be shut down, and I wonder how many health violations have been citing by the Illinois Health Department. It is filthy, the staff is poorly trained for fast and efficient service, and the food is mediocre at best. After my first visit, I vowed to never return again. A year later, I decided to give a try to the drive up but was equally disappointed. At least I did not experience the inside of the place.

Don't know what happened to the high quality of cleanliness, prompt service, and great food that had been a staple of Burger King, but this location is a disgrace to the name Burger King. It is unfortunate that the only other reviews are obviously written by employees.

Quick and Courteous. The employees at this Burger King shift in to fast gear when a customer is waiting. They are quick to get your order to you, so you can be on your way. This is why I go this Burger King whenever I can.

Founded in 1954, this ultracasual eatery (often with a drive-through) made its name with hamburgers cooked over flames and finished with the customer's choice of toppings. The signature sandwich has always been the Whopper, a quarter-pound burger with tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, ketchup, pickles and onions. The menu also features fish fillets and spicy chicken sandwiches, garden salads with fire-grilled shrimp and chicken, the breakfast "Croissan'wich," crispy onion rings and even veggie burgers.
