I have been going here for over 5 years and i had never had a single problemuntil my last visit. I had decided that after all my sport years had come to an end that I wanted to have long nails, since I never could before, I decided to get a full set of tips. Well I was on a time limit, an hour, and i wanted a ped and tips - they said 'no problem and usually the are very good with this, though they lady I had, Kim, didn't use her time well. She spent over half of the time on my toes, knowing that I wanted tips. Well then she was rushed, and I have to say that the gels were a good thing for me since it was first time thing - though i managed to break one not even two days later, which the fixed for free of charge. though this was not the worse. I'm a golfer and I can't have my toe nails too short or too long since it can cause blisters while walking, well Kim didn't listen to me say not to cut and decided to cut around the edge of my nail (making sure there were no ingrown nails) - though managed to cause my foot to swell since she had cut too much. This was extremely painful and I was deeply disappoint since i was leaving on vacation andnew from the past that i could count on them. I have now learned my lesson to always go to a person that you like. I will never go back to Kim and will stay will Lin.
