Bad Food! Bad Business!. The Miraz is very unprofessional. I had to return the plate of food because it was inedible. They asked me if I would like something else instead. I was delighted that they even offered it. I was fine until they told me they had to partially charge me for the returned item because part of it was eaten. I will NEVER eat there again. HORRIBLE customer service!!…
Awful Food but still charge you full price (after them taking the food back).
My wife and I have been going to Miraz for a long time. Today, we ordered Rib, though the source was watered down and had no flavor of any kind. Informed the waitless about how awful the food was and
she said customer complained about soup as well, though it did not stop her from charging us. We had to talk to her again wait for her to talk to the Manager / Owner, Orlando. Basically he talked to the waitless for more than 5 min. about the price and we got about $2.50 off of the no good food that waitless took back. Oh did I mention that it took about 25 min. to bring out the no good food??
Will never go back and that's how you lose business by not doing the right thing as a restaurant as well as changing menu to save some money just to find out old menu must be brought back to keep the customers.…
