Alright with me!. I used these guys out of default since I couldn't find anyone else to work on my type of Pool heater. I read the previous reviews and admit that I was kinda leary about these people. During the repair, I was subconscienciously waiting for a nightmare experience to happen, but it never did. After all was said and done, my heater was fixed and working properly with no song and dance tactics. As quick as I would've wrote a negative report, I'd thought that it was only fair that I write good things when the company earns it. All in all, they seemed to be fairand resonable people.

Failure to perform services paid for. Not a reliable company. I paid for their annual service contract and they refused to perform the service before the contract expired. When I tried to discuss the problem with management at the company, they failed to return 3 phone calls and a certified letter. Tried for 2 months and finally wrote off the money.

Very thoughtful people. My a/c went on the blink on Thanks Giving Eve. I called Comfort Central to my rescue. When the tech realized that I needed a unique piece specifically from the manufacturer, he zoomed as quickly as legally possible to make it to the manufactures location on the other side of town before they closed for the holiday. My air was fixed and my thanks giving holiday was salvaged. These guys went above and beyond the calling to make sure that I was taken care of. I will never forget this.

Great choice !. As a retired law enforcement officer, I know that I'm very skeptical when it comes to hiring people to come to my house for repairs. When I found out that they were also the factory warranty station for Hayward pool products, I became more comfortable having them come over to fix my Hayward pool heater (even though its not under warranty anymore). I felt that the tech was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He had the exact part I needed and got me up and running without needing a second trip. Price was resonable based on what he did. Based on how they performed the pool heater repair, I will certainly not hesistate to use them for my A/C repairs as well since they are H.V.A.C certified as well.

Service well done !!!. I must say that I was initially Leary about using these guys because of the prior reviews. Then again, being in the service industry myself, I know how some people can whine and exaggerate. It is true that the tech did radio back and forth to his boss about what was needed done etc. At the end he ask me if I was a veteran & I am so they gave me a discount for that. Anyway, It was clear to me that my outdoor fan motor was dying and he verified it. I found nothing weird about the radio thing. By the way, I also called 2 other companies to compare prices for the total job and these guys were actually cheaper by a couple bucks from the companies I called even before my veteran's discount. These company will be in my Rolodex for now on.

Friendly Neighborhood Shysters!. Definitely beware of this company! I would not recommend these Comfort Central to anyone! They play this "good cop/bad cop" game with their pricing where the tech acts like he's on your side as he uses his Nextel "walkie-talkie" to call back to headquarters. The techs always let you listen to what the "man at headquarters" has to say about pricing, playing up the "good cop" act. It's all a theatrical con job to get as many of your dollars as possible. They charged me $250 to spray chemical solution and water on the coil and hook up a shop vac on the drain pipe. $10 worth of materials and only took about 15 mins. Now of course you can refuse the service but you still have to pay $70 for service call. That's a downright robbery!

Thought it was good service. Beware when contacting this company. I called this company after reading the good reviews for their service. The first tech "fixed" my air conditioning unit. A short time later, I had to call again. After paying again, the tech "fixed" the unit. Within a week my AC was broken again. So I called again on a Friday and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, because the fixing that they had done, never actually fixed the problem. Each time I paid for them to continue to "fix" the unit. On Wednesday, the AC was not working at all and in July, that meant my house was 90 degrees and not suitable to sit in all day. By 12:30 I still had not heard from the company so I called to see when someone might be out. All she could tell me is that someone would call when they were on their way. I said that did not answer my question and I was hung up on. I called back and explained that she had hung up on me without really answering my question. After being rudely spoken to I was hung up on again. The third time I called back, I asked to speak to a manager or owner and was told that no manager was in the office. I cancelled the service and called another company that said they would be at my home in an hour to fix my AC. These are extremely friendly techs, but that does not make up for the inability to fix the problem so that you have to keep calling these people to come fix your air conditioning unit. I will never call this company again, and I would never recommend this company to anyone. Beware when contacting this company.

BEST SERVICE EVER !!!. I called this company because my neighbor recommended them to fix my A/C problem. When the tech. finished his diagnosis, he found my system was very low on freon & identified a leak in that metal canister (accumulator he said) He even went as far as to squirt liquid soap on the leaking area so I can visually see the bubbles coming from the leaking area. There was no doubt about his diagnosic or integrity. He replaced the metal canister thingy, recharge the unit with freon and now my house is cool and dry once again. Since I am not mechanically inclined in any way, I appreciate when mechanics can explain the problems so even a below average Joe like me can understand. I felt like I was well informed and treated with care from the time I called to the time he completed my repair. Now I too will recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Thanks guys for the great service and quick response. !!!

Extremely pleasant people to do business with.. Great experience with these guys. They showed up when they said they were first of all. When they showed up, their guy gave me a written repair quote before he did anything else. When he finished, he then tested the system a couple more times just to make sure that it worked properly. He even tested the heating system just to make sure that it was working too. Unlike most repairmen, this guy (Ralphy) really makes you feel like a valuable customer. I recommend them every chance I get !

Excellent company. They got their act together !!!. Coudn't have been treated any better. Tech (James) was articulate and to the point. No non-sense approach. I don't normally trust many repair people, these guys are the exception. Thanx guys....
