very bad experience with this caterer

Used this caterer to cater my dad's 80th birthday on the advice of friends. The caterer was inattentive and felt she was trying to get out of the job from the get go (then why did she take it??). Then when there was nowhere enough food for the number of people ordered, she was quite insulting saying things like "I was told this was a party for an elderly gentleman" as if that somehow diminished her responsibility for proving the amount of food promised (really: 1 bag of chips for 26 people??).

• Cons: insulting owner and not enough food
