Liars and worst service ever. went to go buy a mazda, guy said he had it told him i would be there in an hour and i had to actually approach a salesman to get attention. they said they told me it had sold 4 days ago and just wanted to sell me a car so i just left.
SCAM ARTISTS - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. This dealership tried to con me for extra money after I purchased the car for an amount that was not listed in the contract. They said that if I didn't pay them extra fees that they would repossess the car. I called up the state attorney general who informed me that their behavior was illegal. If you value honest, clear communication I would go to another dealership

Went Beyond their means to help ME. Okay so I moved to the Pittsburgh Area about a year ago nd i did not have a car or did i have one for the last 3 yrs do to my credit. I had been to several other dealerships and they always gave me a run around. This dealership was very straight forward honest and beat any price that i had brought to them. I purchased an brand new Camry SE which I absolutely love i drill in Harrisburg for the military and this car gets better gas mileage and has the ability to go over the mountains with no issues at all. SO i Must say as for these other people i do disagree this is the best service and dealership that i had found in the greater Pittsburgh Area.

Not pleased at all. We stood in the showroom for at least 5 minutes before we were approached by a salesman, everybody was just sitting around playing 'Words With Friends' on their phones and occasionally looking at us, but not making the effort to actually make a sale !
After one approached us and we looked at a car, we started to notice flaws( allignment issues, 3 different types of tires on the car, bad brakes/ rotors, bad syncro in the gear shift, scraped wheels that looked BAD) in the car and pointed them out in an attempt to negotiate the price. They were unwilling to even contribute to fix any of the flaws in the car (there were alot) and gave us a hard time when we were firm on wanting to lower the asking price. After taking 2 HOURS to come up with a rough estimate on the monthly payments on the car (they told us it would be 10 minutes ) they were rude when it came to talking numbers, offended us, then tried to give us about $3000 less on our trade in than it was actually worth (we got what we wanted out of it from another BETTER dealership).
Not to mention when my boyfriend went outside for a second, the salesman was hitting on me and made me feel uncomfortable. When the salesman and finance man were in talking numbers, the other 'younger' salesmen were still sitting around doing nothing, but instead of being courteous and professional, they were making loud obnoxious noises and swearing when they knew they had customers in the building. When they got bored with doing that, they all went outside to the side of the building and got in their cars and were doing burnouts and making a bunch of noise.
We ended up leaving that dealership very dissattisfied and a few days later the salesman called back and said they were willing to make some fixes to the car but when I called back after thinking about it he changed his story and was very rude again. So glad we didn't get our car there !
A few days later we ended up finding the same car, nothing wrong with it, and the salesman were all professional ! Whole other level !! North Hills is NOT the place to go !

Patriotic Scions, Red, White and Blue. I have leased 3 Scion's through this organization and I don't regret doing so. I have 2 Scion XB and a Scion XD. I love the cars. The personnel were courteous, thorough and efficient. When I needed service, the service department personnel were superb to deal with. Matt Artis was the salesman I dealt with and highly recommend him. I have been a Dodge owner for many years and have been pleased with them, however this dealership and the products they offer far surpass anything I've had in the past. Thanks guys for a great experience.
Check your sales agreement!. PLEASE if you are going to buy a car from this place, CHECK YOUR PAPERS BEFORE YOU SIGN! We were charged for a warrenty we did not want. They did not want to address the issue, and were very rude.
Great Sales. Good service dept organization, courteous and knowledgable employees, clean and modern facilities. Salesperson was extremely courtous and knowledgeable - led us to exactly what we were looking for - did not use high pressure tactics for which we were very grateful.
They Really Care. I truly feel like Matt Popovich is really "taking care of me"...when it comes to the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and Brandee and Matt P. to anyone.
Superior Service. Everything was explained to us and our salesperson was thorough with explaining in detail and let us know if at a later date we had questions he was available to answer them.
