I have never dealt with a more frustrating company in my entire life. They were very unprofessional and disorganized, not to mention rude and incompetent. They make up their own rules along the way and think up scams to make extra money, i.e. 1) close the office on the day your rent is due, and charge you a late fee. 2) Set up "annual" inspections TWICE a year and then charge you $50.00 if you can not make the date they set up without consulting you first. 3) anything they claimed to find during the inspections never got fixed.
Any problems I encountered (i.e. my garage door being stuck open, damaged water pipe flooding the house, fallen oak tree blocking the driveway) their response was "send an e-mail" or "that's what renters insurance is for".
I ended up moving out so I didnt have to deal with them anymore. Even the most serious of concerns were not dealt with. Not only did I have to put up with their poor service, but also their poor attitudes. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

Their appalling incomptence is only matched by their brashly impertinent arrogance. Deal with Overhoff and Greendale and for sure you get your moment of truth - be careful: they show their true face once you signed.
Simply Avoid. My husband and I wanted to see the property offered by AAA Property Management. We scheduled an appointment and then realized the property was in the gated community. I left couple messages and made tons of calls to find out the gate's code- No response. We actually went there hoping she would call us back or pick up the phone. The AAA Property Mangmt. representative never bothered to call back. Very lauzy service. I would never list my property with them or rent from them.
DO NOT USE. The company is seriously lacking customer service. No on ever answers there phone, you are always talking to a voicemail, if you are lucky you can find an e-mail and that will be the only way that you are able to communicate with anyone. Even when you try to contact someone else for information or assistance beacuse no one is getting back to you..... " I am sure they will get back to you soon", "sorry I don't know anything about the property and can not assist you"..........Someone needs to take a good long look at how horrible customer service can ruin a reputation!
Beware. Our experience with this company was VERY poor. Tenants were very unhappy with AAA lack of responsiveness. Property owners were thoroughly disappointed as well. Management refused to speak with property owners.
