POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very poor customer service attitude. We have went in several times to look at dresses for my daughter's upcoming March 2007 wedding. My daughter called today to see if she could get swatches of the colors of the dresses we are planning on buying. The girl stated to her, that she was very sure "if we haven't bought the dresses yet, it was doubtful we were buying the flowers." Since we are making the flowers and her wedding is next spring, we are buying the flowers now and need the swatches. As a manager of a large customer service center, I can't imagine someone being so unprofessional and rude. I think my daughter stated her name was Kathy. My daughter was very upset, told her she lost the sell of 8 dresses, much less the sale of shoes and accesories.

I called to get a swatch of the colors of our dresses because I am making the flowers for my wedding. I explained that it was too early to order our dresses and the woman told me that there was no way I needed the swatch for the flowers if I had not ordered the dress. She just lost over $1400!
