Appreciated regular maintenance on an old facility.
I've been here three years and I notice frequent work being done on the water systems int he building resulting in outages (usually posted well ahead of time.
The work is finished quickly and only during weekdays so as to mitigate any inconveniences to tenants), and although I've heard people complain about it I wanted to convey my sincere thanks for doing a great job that often goes unappreciated!

Great Management Company. I am very impressed with Lemar Management. They are truly receptive to the needs of their tenants. And, better yet, they made so many terrific improvements to my post war building. I loved my apartment. Too bad I had to move out when I got married. Their building was a great place to live.

Leemar Sucks. Worst rental experience of my life, but if you like old run down buildings with mold...Leemar has a lot to choose from. You will never get a call back, the receptionist is rude (probably because she has to take everyone's calls because no one else will). The super is a mean drunk. I moved out a while ago and have never been happier!
