We would recommend American Dream Real Estate to anyone! When we first came to Anacortes 4 years ago looking for either property or a home to buy we went to a different agency we had located on-line and the real estate agent just didn't listen. She took us to places that just wasted our time -- and hers. It drove us crazy. So one day we just happened to walk into American Dream and met with owners, Leonard & Nema Johnson. Leonard drove us all over looking for what we thought we wanted (an acre or two for privacy) but during our drives he listened to what we were talking about (fishing and boating) and asked us if we'd like to look at a lot out in Skyline that had a dock. Oh-my-gosh. It was a long, narrow, dog-legged lot with about 20 feet between the houses -- but it had its own dock! We fell in love with it! We tell people we bought a dock with a lot. It was completely the opposite from what we thought we wanted but because Leonard was listening to us we got what we really wanted. We've never regretted it. And Leonard is a lot of fun to deal with. A great guy and his wife Nema is a sweetheart. You can't go wrong dealing with this real estate agency.
