Best Taco Salad I've ever had.

I recently tried Cafe Rio. Its a Mexican style resturant. You walk through a line and tell cooks what you want, and how you want it. They have fish tacos, burritos, chicken salads, tostadas you name it. The Grilled Chicken Salad is the best. Its a large homemade tortilla that they cook right in front of you. Then they cover it in cheese and melt it. Then they add beans and rice, (you get to pick what kind) your meat preference, lots of lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, and corn chip strips. I always get the house dressing with it, its like a guacamole/spicey/ranch, and I love it. If you're close to a cafe rio, check it out!!

• Pros: The food is amazing.
• Cons: Sometimes its hard to find parking, and the line moves slow, but its worth the wait.
