I really enjoyed my experience at Metro Honda Service department. My service rep, Vance Wilcox, was extremely professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend anyone to ask for him when servicing their cars.

K.D. Sanders is a fantastic sales rep. He made the process so great and I got such a good deal I BOUGHT 2! The finance department is awesome too. Rico helped us and was so engaging and full of information it was the best finance experience ever. Honda Metro is the place to go for the best deal and the best staff. It only makes sense because they sell the best cars ever. Love, Love, Love, my new Pilot and CRV. Metro Honda ROCKS the competition(pun intended)!
Stay away from the service department at all costs!

The service writer was extremely rude. The management was worse. I've worked in the car service industry (dealers) for 20+ years so I consider myself in the know of how the business works. I have never seen a department so poorly managed, incompetent from the front to the back.

Terrible customer service

This place was great when I bought the car, everyone was very nice. Once I had paid for it, everything changed- customer service is non-existent, forget getting a call back. I am a physician and I have told everyone at my hospital to not shop at this place, honda makes a great product. This dealership is a terrible.
