Dr. Lee Wallace and staff. I live in Booneville and work in Tupelo. I was having a problem and needed to see a Doctor. Well one of my co-workers told me to go see Dr. Wallace. I dont have insurance and he told me that he would help me out. Well he done a procedure on me that was very painful but was much needed. After it was over he said that he wouldnt charge me for the procedure. He only charged me for a shot and for office visit. He was extremely nice and professional as was his nurse. My wife had this done at another doctor and it was 457.00 and he only charged me 183.00. I am father of 4 and no insurance at this time. I really appreciate him for caring enough to look out for me and my family like that. I will highly recommend him and I will be back if I need to go to the Doctor again. Thanks Doc

Great experience with Lee. I'm very surprised by the negative reviews of Lee. My wife visited 6 Doctors before seeing Lee and they all were at best worthless and 1 was an absolute jerk. (These were not doctors that worked with Lee.) Within a few minutes of taking the time to ask a bunch of questions, review records from the other docs, he diagnost the problem. He was very friendly, professional, and concerned. We highly recommend Lee and saw none of the negative behavior mentioned by the other reviewers. If you have never visited a Nurse Practitioner (i.e. Lee), my experience over the past 8 years have all been positive. I've seen 3 NP's and they are MUCH better than any doctor. While doctors may have more formal training, the NP's have much more desire to fix you. We wasted so much time, money, lost sick days, and endured a lot of pain seeing these 6 doctors. No more doctors! Only Lee!

Nurse Practitioner - NOT a Doc. Regardless of the care you received, please note, this man is NOT a doctor. He is a nurse practitioner and must operate under the supervision of an attending physician.

While this man may have helped some, it is my experience that this is selective and not always the best of care.

Beware and seek the care of a medical doctor.

He typically helps others only to boast about his generosity and hold it over the heads of others. It is a selfish ploy on his part and not the generosity that it appears to be.

Lee Wallace Is Terribly Unprofessional. I have used Family & Urgent Care Clinic regularly for three and a half years. Let me first say that Dr. David Bell is an EXCELLENT physician and a genuinely nice man. However, the first time I encountered Dr. Lee Wallace was also the last time I visited this facility. Lee Wallace is rude, condescending and completely lacking in professionalism. Mr. Wallace did his best to refuse attending to me in person (opting instead to use his intern as his messenger) and emerged only at my specific request to "speak to the doctor." Upon finally meeting me to discuss a bit of labwork in question, he avoided eye contact and said right off the bat, "You still have to pay us, friend." I have visited this clinic several times over three years, spent several hundred dollars there, and this was the patronizing tone I received from the head physician. I'm glad he wears his motivation on his sleeve and can prove to everyone in the room that money is his top priority. What a true humanitarian. Do yourself a favor: avoid this rude little man like bird flu. Lee Wallace is a poor excuse for a doctor, and is as patronizing as he is unprofessional. Hopefully he will retire soon. He's old enough.
