I called there at one time to explore the possibility of getting my daughter skating lessons. I asked some basic questions, price, times, and they weren't very helpful, telling me I could just come down and I would get that information. Then I began asking about the instructors, who they were as far as experience, had any of them been in competition and how high up, state, national, whatever. They got all flustered, asked me what exactly I was "looking for". I was "looking for" people who know what they are doing. I will never take my child there. The other one on Plum was very open, answered all of my questions about instructors and prices, schedules. Maybe this place is ok if you are just going to play hockey or for fun but I don't recommend them for lessons after the way they acted.
