STAY AWAY. I did not use a Groupon for them, but I purchased auto start for $99 plus the bi-pass and install for another $125. Every car will need the bi-pass and install so the $99 remote starter is a total bait and switch. They do this with their Groupon too.

My biggest complaint is that I had a 9am appt. Dropped off the car and no one called me all day. After getting a ride to work that day I figured it would be done by the end of the day. I called them at 6pm. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. They never came back. Called again....5 minutes later "Uhh it wont be done until 8pm, someone called out today and we are real busy and stuff". I show up at 8pm there are people waiting for their cars in the chairs in front. They look like they have been there all day. I walk up to the counter tell them I am there to get my car. 10 minutes later the guy comes back and says "uhh it might not be done until 10pm we have a few cars ahead of yours" I told him I would pick it up in the morning I could not come back tonight. I show up at 9 am "uhh, someone called out, we're busy and stuff. The car will be done in an hour." I was in shock. had to get a ride to work, again. They called me at 12pm to tell me it was finally done. 27 hours after I dropped it off.

When I went to pick it up, they told me there was no packaging, no instructions, or warranty information for the remote starter. They threw it away.

Go anywhere else. These guys don't need the business.

Fantastic Job. These guys are better then Amazing !!! They are so nice and they do one great job. They even explained to me what they did. They were fast too, I recommend them to everyone.

Wow! Just WOW!. I just went in to get my car detailed. They did an excellent job. Smells like a new car.

I didn't even know you could add a remote starter to a car. That is my next upgrade. I'm so glad I found these guys.

Excellent work! I am very happy.. Auto Image was on time and provided the expected service. I was referred by a co-worker and I am glad I took their advice. I will be back for sure.

The best tint shop in Brick. These guys are amazing! They took really good care of my car and made it look amazing. I couldn't of asked for a better job. The store manager Mike was nice and very helpful. Everyone in this office is knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks guys for making my car look great!!! You now have a customer for life!

Irresponsible and careless!!!!. I had an appointment for a window tint. I dropped my car off and was told it would be done in 3 or 4 hours. I went back 3 hours later to find my car hadn't even been brought in yet. Apparently someone brought in the wrong car ahead of mine an no one bothered to check to make sure the right vehicle was getting done. So basically I wasted my entire day and as a consolation I was offered $50 off the job. Hardly worth my time. This was my first experience at auto image and likely my last. There are plenty of other window tint shops that will gladly take my business.

Great customer service. About a week ago my car almost got broken into. I looked online for a place that would install an alarm on my car for me. The first one that came up was Auto Image, it seemed like a good deal so I gave them a try. When I first walked in the guys greeted me with a smile. They were very helpful and informative told me everything I needed to know while installing the alarm for me. Thanks so much I will refer everyone I know.

Fantastic!. Great place. I have a 35 year old car and an 11 year old stereo that i wanted to put together. They did a great job, And they didn't judge me for my crappy car and admired my cool stereo.
