Eric did a good job of communication the situation to us. He took care of the problems as they came up and made us feel like we would be taken care of.
Our new SRX was "tagged" at a hotel parking lot in Gallup, NM. Black gang symbol on the door and the NM symbol on the hood, we were shocked and upset and managed to drive home OK, worried about getting further tagged. I called GMAC insurance and the next day brought it into Alexander's body shop where I have dealt before. Joe Mendoza and Mary Cortez were also appalled but said that they have experience with the platinum ice coat white. GMAC had already sent the authorization. Mary kept me informed the whole way and when I saw the result and the repair details I know why you don't take it to "Joes Corner Body Shop". The effort to restore was thorough and included steps that I would never had guessed in order to get it right. And it is right, so signs of paint splatter or anything. Mary kept her word and we poicked it up on Friday in pristine condition. A fine example of work by two professional organizations, GMAC and Alexander.

What a joy it is to drive my new red GMC Terrain-!! There's nothing like that new car smell is there! There's also nothing like dealing with such nice people who made the whole process virtually painless, your Alexander crew. I cannot say enough about Shane Morger with whom we've had dealings with for many years. Shane is the salt of the earth and always represents the dealership so well in our community, and personally too. Shane introduced us to Sergio Arroyo who did an excellent job finding us the right vehicle for us and with Shane's help just the right deal. We couldn't be happier. What has been impressive also is the "after care". We receive at least 3 phone calls and a letter telling us to rely on them and the Dealership to take care of any problems or concerns we had. I was flipping through the Sunday paper
with a cup of coffee, I read the Alexander add for the Oxnard store with all the great rebates and incentives.
I said to my wife, "I think its time for a new truck". She looked at the add and agreed. We called the dealership (used to be Bunnin) and asked for our normal sales guy Marshall but he wasnt there. I guess he stayed with the Bunnin family when they moved. We were referred to Luis and Sergio. They were both so much help. We had a great experience and left with what we really needed, a new truck. Thanks again.....customer for life.

regarding the repairs on our 2008 Mercedes 450 GL. My husband and I are both so pleased with the repairs done to our car.
When we first looked at the car after the accident we thought there was no way it would ever look the same again or drive as good. After the repairs were done and we picked it up we were so happy, it looked as good as new and runs beautifully.
Your company was so professional and courteous. Returning phone calls promptly and keeping us updated on the progress of our car. Everyone there did everything they could to please us.

Shane, Lou and Eli for a most pleasant experience. Right from the start Lou met me in a very pleasing manner and I told him I wanted to see Shane he called him and then went to his office to tell him I was there. I have known Shane and worked with him in various charitable organizations quite a few years, and when I told him I was looking to get a different car, he told me the only place to go was your dealership, he was totally right. Everybody we were introduced to were very cordial and gave the impression that they cared and wanted to help. I have never been to a dealership that has been as pleasant and caring as yours. It makes the whole experience enjoyable and made us feel that we were meant to own a Cadillac.
We live in a Senior Community and of course everybody wanted to know the details of how we were treated and if we had a bad experience, we tell them our story and how we are totally satisfied, and that we are now the proud owners of a new Cadillac SRX, and how well we were treated by everybody. And, we were introduced to you the owners and how you showed your interest in our satisfaction. As an Associate Professor teaching young business professionals trying to earn their MBA's, you and your staff would be the example of a customer caring business, I would use your staff and business professionals as an example of how to do it right.

they had brought the car down from
19,000 to 15,000 as a sale promotion. from theere the brought it down even more to 13,371 INCLUDING the tax and title. Now I couldnt be happier getting the car that I wanted!

I purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius. I live in Santa Maria, but saw the add online. It was exactly what I wanted, so worth the drive. Service was great, it's nice to know someone. I'm so happy with my purchase.
