Therma Pure Heat was here to do a heat treatment on my condo Monday, July 9th. I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the employee, Robert.

Robert arrived promptly at 8 AM, told me what could be expected throughout the day, helped to move the refrigerator out of the way, etc: Robert was continually pleasant, and courteous (in spite of a brutally hot, triple digit + heat wave, on top of the heat treatment…)

At the end of the treatment, Robert cleaned up after himself, took the staples out of the walls, patched the holes and moved the refrigerator back, all without me asking.

I wanted to let you know of this positive experience and to please pass my comments along to Robert.
