Overpriced, overcrowded, and why do we need another chain in Thousand Oaks?

I've been here several times, usually with friends, and have waited up to 45 to be seated. I was expecting it to be great, since it was so crowded, but I was disappointed. Even though I gave them several chances, the atmosphere is too hectic for talking, the service was slow, the food was overpriced, and not that special. I don't really have anything nice to say about this place.

• Pros: A lot of beers on tap, but for the price, I'd rather go somewhere nice.
• Cons: Crowded, slow, $21 for a large pizza!!!
