Great, Fast Service, with a BIG Smile. I am impressed with the owner here. He is the kind of guy who wants to insure you get what you wanted and more. I understand they are building an online site so that people, like me, who live in Houston won't have to be on a trip to go into the store. Great Idea. Thanks for the efforts.

SLOW SERVICE. If you order anything do not expect it to be right for at least the first two times. Dont expect it to be prompt either. A call from this place to confirm your order is in, or is on back order would be completely out of the question. I have personally ordered from this place of business more than once and it has been the same thing over and over. I Can never get a deliverey date, my order was incorrect each time, and there was never so much as an "We are sorry" or anything other than "We can place your order again". I would not recommend this business to anyone unless you like wasting time and money.
