A special thanks to Chantell Hilton for all her help in purchasing my new car. Chantell is by far the most outstanding car salesperson I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. Her personality, knowledge, and ability to pre-plan prior to my arrival made my stressful situation both an enjoyable and educational experience. The entire Bob Brady team provided service in a non-threatening and non-pressure environment, presenting information and answering questions regarding both new and used cars making my decision, a decision I was 100% confident with. I have no regrets traveling nearly 300 miles to purchase a care form Chantell Hilton and will continue to do so, as she now has a lifelong customer.

Salesman, Mike Mayer, was very helpful. He answered my questions without making me feel foolish. Another worker, Joe, was able to help me with a special payment plan when the standard plan would not work for me. Overall a great experience.

This has been the best experiences I have ever had purchasing 2 vehicles. The people here are the best! Amanda helped us with both purchases and made it very easy. Their business is 2 hours from my home, but because of the first and second purchases I will come back for my third! Great place, great people.

I was very skeptical when Heather Patterson said she could help me get into a newer vehicle and out of my 10 year old 160,000 mile SUV. I even called a second time to make sure i wasnt wasting her or my time, i live 90 minutes away. My 8 yr old daughter Lynnsea and I took the drive and we are so glad we did...Heather introduced herself and got right to work, got us a cold beverage and made us comfortable. She treated us with respect and was very courteous and professional the entire visit. I couldnt believe it when she was able to secure my financing for a BRAND NEW 2012 Dodge Avenger!! I will always remember Heather, and i will return for future purchases and recommend Bob Brady to everyone i meet!! Thank You Heather....you are the best!!

The people in the service department are excellent and helpful and professional. Also, appreciate your shuttle service. Kelly in service is always very friendly. Usually I have Phyllis, but all the drivers are excellent. Phyllis is also friendly.
