Best Chineese in Bellingham. I've tried most of the chineese places around here, and Bamboo express is the best one I've found so far. The food is American-ized, so if you're looking for authentic, you might want to get out of New England. I think everything on the menu is pretty good, but the won-ton soup is one of my favorites. It's more than just your basic broth & won tons recipe -- it includes vegetables, and pork as well. Also, if you do take out they're pretty prompt about getting you your food. I do recommend going in person the first time so you can get a menu since there are coupons on the bottom.
