Absolutely horrible. If they don't plan on staying true to their word they should not say anything. They should not tell you it will take about 2 weeks for something you ordered to come in if they know it may take longer. (I would have bought it at TARGET if I knew it was going to take over a month.) They should also tell you if it is not going to arrive on time. I went in TWICE to check on the status of the order and was lied to and treated like a child by multiple employees. I graduated from Berkeley. I think I can understand the situation without being belittled. I won't be shopping at this store again. It is not worth helping a local business if the service is horrible.
