I’ve had three different cars I’ve taken to Lou's in the past three years. I was sure the transmission was gone on my Mercury, but it turned out to be a simple and inexpensive fix. I had a Buick making an awful noise and was told it was just my motor mounts and my Chrysler wasn’t shifting properly and it turned out to be just a loose wire. On all cars, I could have been taken by a dishonest transmission shop, but these guys were honest with me concerning my problems. I recommend them to anyone with car problems.

Always Great

They always answer any questions I have and I always have questions. The service is professional and always friendly. My Mother and I have been going here for years and we are ecstatic with the service. Also, if I need something that they don't do there, they refer me to other great businesses. All I can say is thank you.

Honest And Polite

The service was quick, efficient and the staff was very honest and polite. They charged me a lot less than they originally quoted me. Lou's Total Car Care just got themselves a new customer for life.

Great Things...

I recently received an oil change service from the Lou's. I have heard great things about them from everyone I know, it was a very pleasing experience for me as well. Whenever I asked several questions about details of car repairing, the staff answered everything friendly, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for everybody, and will be returning as well.
