"Deep Cleaning" Deep Cleaned my Pocketbook but Not My House. Very unprofessional service. In my first clean 3 women stayed three hours and managed to leave my floors dirty and me furious. I had to reclean my dining room, hallway, kitchen and foyer floors for company after paying $315.00 dollars for a "deep cleaning." When I complained the owner said his girls stayed an extra 10 minutes that he would not charge me for....terrible. Don't be fooled by their glowing website testimonials. Avoid this company.

unprofessional. Very unprofessional service. they don't seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. We've been using their services for 3 months now and at first they did a good job. but with every clean the quality became worse. until the recent time when they sent in only 2 instead of 3 people and still charged us the same amount of money as if 3 people were cleaning. when i complained they told me that the maids were supposed to stay extra time, which they did not. I am still waiting for some money back or at least an apology, neither of which I received 1 week after the call.

Really good experience. REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE

I hired Pride Klean to do a move in clean for me I was very concerned about animal hair that was all through the house. From the very first time I spoke to this company they were very helpful, and courteous, and they did a great follow-up to make sure my experience was a good one. The crew was very pleasant and very efficient, and the operations manager was on site during my cleaning to make sure that every was completed. I found my whole experience with this company was really a good one.

Not Very Good Service. Although Pride Klean advertises that satisfaction is guaranteed, don't believe it. A very poor job was done at my house -- areas not cleaned. trash cans not emptied, etc. When I told them of my dissatisfaction, they did absolutely nothing. Other area cleaners such as The Maids come back and clean again. Plus they at least apologize, which Pride Klean did not do. Would not use them again!

Poor Customer Service. I have been a customer for some time and have been happy with the cleaning crew - but if I ever need to deal with the office its a different story. I have to make multiple calls and then when I get someone they are less than customer friendly. I called today quite early requesting a return call ... and am still waiting for a call back 12 hours later.

POOR FOLLOW-UP. I submitted an online request for contact and no one ever contacted me. The main office sent me an automated message a few weeks later to ask about my experience with the service. I responded that no one from the company ever reached out to me and I still haven't heard anything. If this is how they are with with potential new customers I can only imagine the level of service existing customers receive. I expected better Pride Klean!
