Really bad customer service/don't go there

Do not go to the Bear & Grill, Sue our wait staff did not put my dinner in to the kitchen, then she blamed my daughter for her mistake! She said if my daughter did not make a special order it would not have happened! I asked to speak with the manager and he did nothing! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THERE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

The worst part, they never said "I am sorry"

experience the bold flavor of the adirondacks! a place were you can the fesh food & best wild salmon. Free range chicken. lot of organic food. very healty portion. made to order. a great place to be.

If your a local they'll serve you

Go in to eat on a thursday night 8:00 pm and sit at a table near the bar. Every server and waiter in the place walk by our table. At least 10 minutes goes by and other people after us come in and get served. Finally we stop one of the many servers and ask can we get a waitress?After another 5 minutes a waitress that had walked past us 10 times said I will be your waitress for the evening. The people behind us had already received their food.I ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta. We got our food 8:50pm. The other table had eaten and left. The dinner was cold and tasted terrible. And really this is the second time I have been there and the service and food was bad then. I will never go back again even if someone else pays.
