They ain't all that. I have been to five and probably no more shows there. Standing only for Gillian Welch, very limited seating for Blind Boys, N. Miss Allstars and twice for Trombone Shorty.

No seats for Gillian, what the heck, I love sitting on the floor of a bar.

Blind Boys was pretty good but again, not enough seats.

N. Miss Allstars was the loudest show I have ever been too, sounded like mud, asked for a refund...refused. Louder than Tool, NIN who always sounded spot on good even with their decible level. Allstars can rock but the sound was way wrong and soundman is dumb and deaf and likes to kill the patrons with the low end and decibles.

I quit the place for a while then saw Trombone Shorty, okay sound but i went to see some horns and funk and got the bare minimum.

Returned for Trombone again and the sound was fair at best, pushed the bass too much as usual.

Sound sucks, service is un friendly, website tickets send you to some mass marketers.

I'll do without, go to the Grey Eagle or drive to the Handlebar before I give them any more of my money.

It's a nice venue!. "Yep, It's good." does this place justice.

I've been to a few mainstream rock shows, and the occasional local metal bands that play here. This venue is clean, and is well ventilated. The giant fan in the ceiling that stretches across the room helps a lot. :)

However, the staff can be quite pushy during checks for certain concert shows. When I went to the "Atreyu and The Used" show, I was forced to keep my bag in a buggy and most of my jewelry was removed. However, most bands you will not need to do this.

The place has great sound, but it could be a better venue. I would definitely go to this place again :)

Robbed by Staff. Robbed by staff. I’m a professional in his early 40s so I suppose it’s my own dumb fault for walking into a place like this.

Upon entering, as a matter of policy I was stopped by a staffer, a guy in his 20s, who rammed his hands in each of my pockets on a search. I believe he stole some cash, though I can’t prove that, I was kind of shaken by the incident and so I’m unsure.

The staffer did find and take my prescription medication, legally prescribed to me by my doctor. The guy flatly told me he was keeping my meds and I was to move on. After I got my bearings I called a lawyer friend, who advised me to drop it, since the dollar amount of the theft wasn’t great and who knows what brand of small-town justice I might run into if I call the police.

So if you want your rights violated and property stolen, this is the place for you.
