Do not rent here!!

I can't express enough how bad management is for Charter Oaks. There are numerous issues with these older apartments. The roof leaks and your issues will not be addressed in any timely manner. Don't get stuck with a long lease and avoid this place. I wish I could of. You can believe me or not, your choice but I really hope you take this to heart.

• Cons: break in's in parking lots, building is falling apart, security doors are often broke, laundry facilities are sub-par
